Haven Rehab is looking for an energetic rehab coordinator to manage the rehab department of a 5 star skilled nursing facility. Job requirements are as follows:
1) Plan rehab minutes and schedule staffing2) Attend rehab meetings3) Manage staff caseload4) Lead patient care programs to ensure high quality rehabilitation 5) One year of experience as a rehab coordinator6) Prefer proficiency with Casamba (Smart) software7) Prefer registered OT or SLP
